I can't brows websites from my iphone 6

Hi

I have iphone 6+

I am trying to browse the web with Safari and chrome.

but each time i go to any site address, I get 6 or 7 redirects to spam URLs, and sometimes it redirect to download an app

I restart my router (it is a famaly problem - not only me) and I change my permanent IP address - but it is continuing...
